Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and processed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.


2. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We are fully committed to making it right for you and your pet.

If your order arrives with an issue:

  • Contact us via email at info@alchemypaw.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.
  • Once inspected and verified by our team, we will arrange a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method at absolutely no additional cost to you. 
  • For verified defective items, you will NOT be required to ship the item back to us.

3. Lost Packages

If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund. If tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
