This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
AlchemyPaw operates using a global fulfillment and network distribution model. To ensure product availability and competitive pricing, items may be dispatched from our international warehouses and fulfillment centers depending on stock levels. We ship exclusively to the United States
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframe for United States orders: 5-10 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (including processing): 6–13 business days

- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or other events beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or import fees.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
AlchemyPaw is not responsible for customs delays.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to address errors
- Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs may apply.
6. Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
We may require confirmation from the carrier before issuing a resolution.
7. Marked as Delivered
If tracking information shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, AlchemyPaw is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery
- Delivery to mailrooms, apartment offices, or shared buildings
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly in such cases.
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier and tracking information is provided, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. AlchemyPaw is not liable for carrier-related delivery issues once tracking confirms shipment movement.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- International transport disruptions
- Government actions
- Natural disasters
- Force majeure events
9. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided once available.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
